As CEO of Lexmark, a multi-billion-dollar imaging technology and solutions company (billion dollar health and education division) with 10,000 employees, he grew device sales faster than at any time in the previous 10 years while simultaneously executing extensive process re-engineering, transforming the business from negative EBITDA and high debt to a positive $303 million EBITDA and a healthy debt profile.
Dr. Geruson grew a voice-technology startup to be the largest voice technology on major wireless carrier networks, including, Verizon, ATT and Sprint. VoiceSignal with a 12X Revenue Exit / $200M. VoiceSignal was acquired by $2B Voice and Ai Leader Nuance Communications (the voice technology behind leaders such as Google, Amazon and Microsoft).

Ed is the founder Tony's son, his best friend and the inspiration behind EduPal (the Ed in EduPal). Growing up with ADHD, mental challenges and dual-diagnosis, Ed was addicted to Meth at age 13. Diagnosed with Schizophrenia at age 19, Ed ran away from home many times and became homeless, eventually ending up at Skid Rowe in LA. Struggling with the disease, Ed inspired his parents by continuing his education, working with his grand parents to obtain his GED.
Ed was a typical boy playing basketball, soccer and especially playing interactive games, wanting to be a Game Designer.
